Meet our prize-winning Shire horses - they are a real pleasure to see.

We have 7 Shire horses at Bay View Farm:

Sadie - 6 years old, due to foal in April 2006
Sapphire - a brood mare
Leo - Sadie's foal born in 2003
Gentleman Jim (Jimmy) - 2 years old
Jack - 2 years old
Star - 12 months old filly
Fran - 12 months old filly

 Shire Horses at Bay View Farm
Two of our horses are usually taken to all the local shows in Cornwall throughout the Showing Season (May to Sept).

Leo will be dressed in the show harness with approximately 1000 bits of brass when he is shown in the Decorated Harness Class this year.

Jimmy will be shown 'in hand'.

Sadie was shown in the Decorated Harness Class last year and won 1st Prize in four shows.
